Myself an ben then came back together to compare and contrast typefaces.. that had been deconstructed.. The two basic typefaces were Helvetica Bold And Futura.. these were chosen due to the reltively bold nature of them.. as well as holding a strong identity in society . and therefore the breaking up of them.. would push the idea of alternative perception. or breaking a stereotypical view on what is considered the norm.
We though they were both very successful however we decided to go with helvetica bold as inevitably they will have to be layered over images therefore we needed to bolder quality of the identity.. the line from the previous post (shown below) weren't incorporated into the initial stages.. however will be picked up later... It is parant that the angular nature of the typeface and identity.. will be of paramount importance to the identity.
