Design context publication 2

Again here you can the front and cover of the publication following the same format. The colours used on the front are representative of the colours with in the publication therefore this works as a way of categorising briefs also.  The image created by the patterns being repeated is visually engaging and it will work well as a set.

The Bosh branding section flips from the standardised portrait layout to the landscape which is part of the identity for bosh. as all the printed material produced for his is in landscape format, this will also create  a higher level of consumer interaction with the publication.

The main body of context for this brief was focused on codes which is obvious from with in the publication by looking at the images used with in it.

This information page is based on the branding for the london olympics.. as this was a piece of work that inspired my practice over the last year. The colour chnages from grey to a pink red here as it highlights the parcel force identity.

The parcel force layouts are perhaps my favourite through out the three publications.. the bold type used with in the identity works well in creating a strong visual image.. I was working with a set of three here due to the three considered forms of deliverables produced for the brief.. a restriction set by myself as i believed it best communicated the desired message of the brief.

These images were placed on the information page due to there simplcity.. over the course of the FMP i have become aware that the simplicity within design often sells an idea better than an overtly complex one.. This was applicable for the parcel force reinterpretation.
